Can I open multiple accounts?

Yes. The only caveat is that we require a unique email address and username for each account. Many clients have an individual account and a Self Managed Super account. You just need to ensure you log in to the correct account when making a purchase.

How do I choose the type of account?

In most cases this should be obvious, but a simple test is to consider the name you wish to have on the invoice.

How long after I open an account can I buy gold and silver?

Instantly. Your account is active immediately.

How do I order?

Take 5 minutes to register for a free account.  Then you can buy online 24 x 7 or place phone orders during business hours.

When is my price locked?

A.

Your price is locked as soon as you confirm order at checkout.  You will receive an email to confirm your purchase order contract.

Why buy from BULLIONMARK?

We are Australia’s leading bullion dealer.  We are an authorised worldwide primary dealer for the Perth Mint (a division of the West Australian Government) and distribute products from the US Mint, Canadian Mint and PAMP in Switzerland.

Why do your prices change every 1 minute?

Just like the stock market, our prices are live. Each product price is derived from the spot gold/silver and foreign exchange markets and updated in real time.

Why can’t I see prices online?

You need to login to your account to activate live pricing.  If you do not have an account you can register for a free account.

Do you accept credit cards?

Not at this time due to constrained supply.  Bank transfer only.

What are the payment terms?

You must make the transfer within 24 hours from order.

My bank takes more than 24 hours to clear funds, is that OK?

Yes.  All we ask is that you make the transfer within 24 hours.

Can I deposit a personal or bank cheque into your account?

A.

 

No.  Personal and bank cheques take 5-7 days to clear.  We will not hold your price or stock for this time.  Please make transfers in cash or electronically to lock your price and reserve your stock.

Can I come to your office and pay cash over the counter?

A.

No.  Cash payments create onerous reporting obligations for us.  We will only accept electronic bank transfer or cash deposited directly into our account at the bank branch.

Will you accept part payments?

A.

Unless you have specifically pre-arranged with us, we will not accept part payments.

Q.

How can I pay within 24 hours when I have a daily electronic bank transfer limit?

A.

The following options are available:-

  • You can go to your bank branch and request an electronic over the counter transfer of the full amount.
  • You can transfer money to us prior to placing an order and have a credit balance.
  • You can limit your order size or order over several days.
  • You can raise your daily transfer limit (Note this can take 7-10 days for some banks).

How will I know you have received my payment?

We send an 'order status update' email confirming your payment has been received.

Q.

When do you complete payment reconciliations and send order confirmations?

A.

Our accounts receivable team do bank reconciliations prior to 11.00am each day.  An order status update with payment confirmation will typically be sent prior to 12.00pm each business day.

Q. Why have I not received an email confirming my payment has been received?
A.

Please check the following:-

  • Has our email been sent to your junk or SPAM email folder?

  • Did you include the order number on the payment description?

  • Has the money been deducted from your bank account?

  • Did you make payment for the full amount?

ID Verification

Do you have ID verification requirements?

Yes.  Like other financial institutions we are required by law to “know our customer” through third party ID verification.

When will ID be requested?

A.

Orders with a value over $5000 or at our discretion.

Do I need to send you my ID prior to placing an order?

A.

No.  You can place an order before sending ID.  Our staff will contact you if/when ID is required.

Will you ship my order if I do not send ID?

No.

What are the ID requirements?

To complete the ID requirements simply complete the ID verification form and email back to us.

How do I submit my ID forms?

Can the parcel be identified as bullion?

All our shipments are discretely labelled and packaged.

Do I need to be home to collect the shipment?

No.  The courier will leave a card with instructions on re-delivery or collection.  Each delivery requires signature and ID.

Can I allow a third party to accept my delivery?

Yes as long as you have notified us of this person prior to shipment of the order.  Please note allowing a third party to sign for your delivery may void insurance unless validated by us in advance.

Can I pick up my order?

No.  Fully insured door to door delivery only.

  2. Navigate to manage my holdings within your My Vault account

  3. Select the product you wish to sell from the My Vault holdings list

  4. Click the “sell to BULLIONMARK” link

  5. Confirm bank deposit details and shipping method

  6. Select “request quote” and an email quote will be sent to you

  7. To confirm simply click the green “confirm quote” button in the email

  8. Your prices are locked

  9. We receipt the goods and validate purity, weight and condition

  10. We deposit funds into your account on a GR +2 day basis


Products purchased from other sources

  1. Create or log in to your BULLIONMARK account

  2. Navigate to add private holdings page within your My Vault account

  3. Complete the private holding form (including uploading an image) and click “save”

  4. Select the product you wish to sell from the My Vault holdings list

  5. Click the “sell to BULLIONMARK” link

  6. Confirm your bank deposit details and shipping method

  7. Select “request quote” and an email quote will be sent to you

  8. To lock your price simply click the green “confirm quote” button in the email

  9. Your prices are locked

  10. We receipt the goods and validate purity, weight and condition

  11. We deposit funds into your account on a GR +2 day basis
