HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will progress through 3 main stages for which you will receive specific email status updates.

You can also check your order status online in the client report area of My Vault:

Stage 1: Pending – awaiting cleared payment.

Stage 2: Confirmed – payment has cleared.

Stage 3: Shipped – released and tracking code activated.

You can follow the progress of your shipment in real time on the internet by clicking the link in your 'shipped order status' confirmation email.  We also provide you with an ETA.
